Metso will stretch the principle of the experimental machine: the power source of the host is a motor to transform the two box paperboard machines of kyro paper mill and nekoski paper mill of M-real company in Finland. After transformation, kyro paper mill No. 1 paperboard machine will start operation in the fourth quarter of 2011, while nekoski No. 1 paperboard machine will start operation in the second quarter of 2012. Metso's supply to kyro paper mill includes the transformation of the pressing department, drying department and coating department. The equipment will replace the old gas infrared hot air oven to improve the drying capacity. Kyro No. 1 paperboard machine produces folding box paperboard with a quantitative range of 200370g/m2. After the transformation, the annual output of the paper mill will increase to about 190000 tons
The supply of nekoski paper mill project includes the transformation of headbox, coating department and winder. The transformation of the winder includes a set of automatic transfer system for large paper rolls, which is used to transport large paper rolls to the new rewinder. The new styrene thermoplastic elastomer and other medical high molecular materials without plasticizer and replaceable PVC, such as valflo headbox and Windrum double bottom roll rewinder, will improve the production energy in order to ensure the operation in place of all links. Nekoski No. 1 paperboard machine produces folding box paperboard with a quantitative range of 185360 g/m2.
