this paper mainly focuses on the eight main core relationships of these six participants:

core relationship 1: manufacturing enterprises and it manufacturers

manufacturing enterprises are the application subjects of manufacturing informatization, and it manufacturers are technology and service providers. There is no absolute relationship between the two. Leadership and cooperation are different in stages. For example, before the system goes online, it manufacturers dominate and enterprises cooperate, while after the system goes online, enterprises dominate and it manufacturers cooperate. in the field of manufacturing informatization, the relationship between IT manufacturers and government departments has not been sorted out very clearly. In fact, the relationship between the two is essentially a partner, and both sides are committed to serving the information construction of manufacturing enterprises

They just hope to improve the popularity and influence of individuals and companies through similar training activities. how to change the embarrassing situation of expert consultants of IT manufacturers? A more effective way is for it manufacturers' expert consultants to participate more in the expert group organized by government departments or industry associations, which can not only give advice for enterprise informatization construction, but also ensure a certain degree of neutrality in the organization.
